In contrast, studies suggest that GHRH-based therapies can improve body composition, muscle strength, cognitive function, and cardiovascular health while avoiding the risks linked to direct GH administration. Additionally, preclinical findings indicate that GHRH agonists may offer cardioprotective and immunomodulatory benefits.
