Abstract
This qualitative case study explores the implementation of a 12-week cinema workshop based on the Action-Oriented Approach which emphasizes project-based tasks and views where 11 B1-B2 level French learners as foreign language learners and as social actors collaborated in weekly 3-h sessions led by one teacher to produce a short film progressing from screenplay writing to its premiere in Ankara, Turkey.
