Abstract

This paper concerns the fuzzy modal time-scheduled control problem for switched nonlinear systems with L2-gain performance. Combined with the hybrid dwell time method, we propose a switched fuzzy modal time-scheduled control (FMTSC) strategy, and establish a criterion for H performance in systems comprising both unstable and stable subsystems. Meanwhile, we further develop a class of time-scheduled multiple discontinuous Lyapunov functions (TMDLFs) for the switched Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy system with L2-gain property. Finally, comparative and practical examples are provided to demonstrate the validity of derived theoretical result.
