Abstract

Ultrasound-Guided Functionalized Extracellular Vesicles

In article 2404719, Chuyue Zhang, Guangyan Cai, and co-workers develop ultrasound-guided extracellular vesicles for visualized and enhanced renal delivery. By enhancing F-actin restoration and facilitating uptake, these engineered carriers overcome cisplatin-induced dysfunction. The cover is inspired by Chinese tale of Nezha's Rebirth, symbolizing kidney regeneration as Nezha's renewal. The immortal's power, akin to “ultrasound exposure,” promotes efficient endocytosis to enable kidney repair.
