We describe the clinical course of a 14-year-old patient, with TNNT2 and KCNQ1 mutations, requiring Impella 5.5 support for 76 days. We discuss the patient's underlying genetic etiology, potential complications of prolonged tMCS, and the importance of multidisciplinary support. Abstract
