Abstract

At Orlando Health, a lack of structured onboarding for Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioners led to inconsistent utilization of their expertise. A needs assessment revealed key learning gaps. To address this, the Clinical Learning Education Fellowship (CLEF) was developed, providing structured training aligned with NPD standards. CLEF incorporates classroom learning, interactive activities, and a capstone project, enhancing Professional Development Practitioner's skills and expanding to allied health professionals to foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
