Abstract
Occupational decompression sickness is one of the occupational diseases caused by high pressure work. The pathogenesis and pathological changes of decompression sickness are related to the formation of bubbles inside and outside blood vessels and in tissues. The diagnosis of occupational decompression sickness includes acute decompression sickness and decompression osteonecrosis. Corresponding treatment measures should be taken according to the symptoms, signs and severity of decompression disease. In this paper, the incidence, diagnosis and treatment of decompression sickness were reviewed to provide basis for early prevention of decompression sickness.
