Abstract
We developed a novel mass spectrometry immunoassay for the ultrasensitive and selective detection of deoxynivalenol by introducing nucleic-acid-amplification techniques. By selecting thymine as a mass tag, the primer DNA modified on the antibody could serve dual functions as both a signal probe and an initiator for the cascade amplification reaction.
