The research population included senior managers and healthcare professionals, hospital directors and managers, IT specialists, advanced medical equipment experts, and faculty members of medical sciences universities. Sampling was purposeful, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 19 individuals until data saturation was established. The MAXQDA 11 software was used for coding and data management.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Two main themes were synthesized. (1) Future role and functions of the hospital, which included 10 subthemes: future healthcare services, education, research, financing, human resources, information management, drugs and medical equipment, physical resources, interdepartmental collaboration, and management and leadership. (2) Challenges and threats, categorized into six subthemes: education, financing, human resources, information management, drugs and medical equipment, and physical resources.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The new collaborative and health promotion role was recommended for the future of Amiralmomenin Hospital.
