Abstract
Compensated Advanced Chronic Liver Disease (cACLD) encompasses advanced fibrosis and cirrhosis in asymptomatic patients at risk of developing clinically significant portal hypertension (CSPH). Patients having cACLD are at high risk of decompensation and liver-related mortality, hence require further evaluation. Due to limited epidemiological data on cACLD, we aimed to assess its prevalence in the US.
