In article number 2500124, Yong-Hang Zhang and co-workers demonstrated monocrystalline CdTe solar cells using all n-type ITO and semiconductors plus a specially designed interface that acts as a hole contact without p-type doping, addressing a decades-old challenge for CdTe photovoltaics.
