The repair outcomes of the two groups were recorded after 12 months of follow-up. The final results, aesthetic effect, periodontal health index, gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups. SPSS 18.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of the data.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in pink esthetic scores (PES) and white aesthetic scores (WES) between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05). The sulcus bleeding index (SBI), gingival index (GI) and plaque index (PLI) after treatment were significantly lower in both groups than before treatment (P<0.05), and the experimental group after treatment was more lower(P<0.05). TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 levels after treatment were significantly lower in both groups than before treatment (P<0.05), and TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the experimental group after treatment were more lower (P<0.05). Abstract

Conclusions: Compared to cobalt alloy post-core all-porcelain crown, glass fiber post-core all-porcelain crown can enhance the repair effect, improve periodontal health, inhibit the damage of gingival crevicular fluid inflammation.

[玻璃纤维桩核全瓷冠与钴合金桩核全瓷冠修复前牙的效果比较]。
目的:比较玻璃纤维桩核烤瓷冠与钴合金桩核烤瓷冠修复前牙残根残冠的效果。方法:回顾我院2020年1月至2023年12月收治的121例前牙残根残冠患者的资料,其中61例采用玻璃纤维桩核烤瓷冠修复术(实验组),60例采用柯格合金桩核全烤瓷冠修复术(对照组)。随访12个月后记录两组修复情况。比较两组术后美容效果、牙周健康指数、龈沟液炎症因子及并发症。采用SPSS 18.0软件包对数据进行统计分析。结果:实验组治疗成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后粉红色美学评分(PES)和白色美学评分(WES)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),试验组治疗后更显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均显著低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且实验组患者治疗后TNF-α、IL-6水平更低(P<0.05)。两组总并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:与钴合金桩核全瓷冠相比,玻璃纤维桩核全瓷冠能增强修复效果,改善牙周健康,抑制龈沟液炎症的损害。
