Abstract

Purpose: To determine the mediating role of psychological safety in the effect of organisational cynicism on whistleblowing intentions.

Design/methodology/approach: About 519 healthcare workers were surveyed. Existing validated scales for organisational cynicism, whistleblowing intentions and psychological safety were used for data collection.
