Abstract

The endocrine system plays a central role in maintaining the body's homeostasis. Endocrine and metabolic disorders are complex and critical areas of healthcare, given their crucial role in regulating various body functions. The author presents nutritional therapy recommendations that can play an essential role in the management of endocrine and metabolic disorders, namely panhypopituitarism, adrenal fatigue, osteoporosis, obesity, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, aging, menopause and andropause, thyroid disorders, and diabetes, to provide a holistic understanding of the role of nutrition and improve the quality of life of patients with these conditions.
