Abstract

Background: Eyelid reconstruction is an intricate process, addressing both aesthetic and functional aspects post-trauma or oncological surgery. Aesthetic concerns and oncological radicality guide personalized approaches. The complex anatomy, involving anterior and posterior lamellae, requires tailored reconstruction for optimal functionality.
