Abstract
In case of renovascular hypertension, percutaneous renal artery transluminal angioplasty alone is still far from demonstrating predictable clinical results. Assuming a potential synergistic effect, we reported the first case of combined percutaneous renal denervation and angioplasty as intention-to-treat strategy in a very high cardiovascular risk patient.
