Abstract
Laryngeal tuberculosis (TB) is a rare form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis and its isolated presentation without concurrent pulmonary involvement is even rare [1, 2] This poses significant diagnostic challenges as it can present with nonspecific symptoms such as hoarseness, throat pain or dysphagia. In this report, we highlight the case of a 42-year-old female who presented with a history of a change in voice, which was eventually diagnosed as isolated primary laryngeal tuberculosis post investigations.
