Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) can be experimentally induced by injecting mono-iodoacetate (MIA) in the knee capsule of mice. Our aim was to assess the role of NGF/TrkA axis in OA identifying differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and functional pathways in knee-innervating dorsal root ganglia (DRG) from WT and hypersensitive TrkAP782S (KI) mice after MIA injection.
