Abstract

Given the escalating severity of environmental problems and the rapid development of technology in the contemporary era, the integration of green supply chain collaboration and Fintech use has become a key path to promoting the green supply chain performance of manufacturing enterprises. Based on dynamic capability theory, the present research addresses the key factors concerning green supply chain performance by exploring the impact of green supply chain collaboration to market disruptiveness capabilities and product and process development capabilities, to further advance ambidextrous innovation and improve green supply chain performance. Employing a rigorous four-wave, time-lagged research design, data were collected from 307 manufacturing SMEs in China to provide comprehensive insights into these relationships. The results show that Fintech usage enables supply chain collaboration to improve firms' degree of market disruptiveness and innovation in product and process development. Furthermore, ambidextrous innovation is confirmed to have a positive influence on green supply chain performance, drawing attention to ways of improving supply chain collaboration that align with sustainability goals. The findings provide theoretical and practical implications for managers and policymakers, indicating that business processes can be reformed into green supply chain management to address the increasing global environmental and economic challenges.
