Abstract
This article reports two cases of innovative direct composite veneering for smile enhancement. The technique was used for aesthetic concerns like fluorosis, interdental spacing, and discoloration, providing a minimally invasive yet highly effective approach for the patients. Both cases were carried out by using a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) template to achieve precise placement of the composite material to produce natural and aesthetically pleasing results. The conservative nature of the technique, combined with meticulous execution, provided significant aesthetic improvements, meeting patient expectations. This method demonstrates the efficacy of direct composite veneering in achieving superior results while preserving tooth structure, reinforcing its value as a reliable option in aesthetic dentistry.
