This retrospective analysis examined cases from a single institution in Maharashtra between 1990 and 2021, focusing on patient demographics, clinical presentations, and histopathological features. Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) emerged as the predominant malignancy, with epithelial malignancies accounting for 98.6% of cases. A slight male predominance was observed. Buccal mucosa was the most frequent site of occurrence, with tobacco chewing identified as the primary risk factor.
