Abstract

To support caregivers, the Conseil départemental de l'Isère is deploying an ambitious policy involving a close network of public structures in the medical and social fields, as well as associative structures, in collaboration with various professionals. Analyzing needs, providing support, informing and delegating: these are just some of the aims of these schemes.
