Abstract

The first location where the breast cancer commonly spreads is the axillary lymph nodes, therefore accurate detection and staging of axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer by using the appropriate imaging modality are essential for treatment planning, prognosis, and minimizing unnecessary radiation exposure.
