Abstract
Ranula is a mucocele mostly seen in the floor of the mouth. Trauma to the sublingual salivary glands results in the collection of fluid and the formation of a ranula. Various treatment methods have been reported for ranula, with varied success rates. The present article documents two cases of oral ranula managed by marsupialization and surgical excision, respectively.
