High-throughput sequencing and network analysis revealed that JFSDG addition enriched the abundance of <em>Sphaerobacter</em> and <em>Bacillus</em>, which facilitated microbial interactions. Correlation analysis indicated that temperature, organic matter content, and <em>Bacillus were</em> significantly correlated with increased humus formation. JFSDG addition enhanced humus precursor formation and affected the core microbial community, thereby accelerating the composting process. Abstract
