Abstract

A series of regioselective [3+2] cycloaddition reactions between a potassium diazaphospholidinyl diazomethylide and unsaturated substrates are reported, enabling access to structurally diverse nitrogen-containing heterocycles. Depicted are robotic hands guiding the assembly of diazo anions and dipolarophiles to construct pyrazolide, triazolide, diazaphospholide, and pyrazolinide frameworks.
