To collect the required data, two valid questionnaires were used: Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Questionnaire and Teachers' Work Engagement Questionnaire. The researcher used descriptive and inferential statistics; Pearson correlation coefficient, and multivariate analysis in Amos to analyze the obtained data. The specific findings of the present study confirmed a direct, positive, and significant relationship between teachers' spiritual intelligence and their work engagement. The role of teachers' spiritual intelligence in their professional behaviors and emotions has been ignored in the literature.
