Abstract
Doxorubicin is widely used in cancer treatment, and an effective drug carrier is usually needed to overcome its serious side effects. In this study, highly monodisperse hollow covalent organic framework (HCOF) was prepared by a two-step method, then DOX was loaded with a high loading efficiency of 41.2 wt%. In vivo studies demonstrated excellent antitumor efficacy.
