It is often used to manage common menopausal symptoms in women, including physical and mental discomfort.</p><p><strong>Aim: </strong>To explore women's experience with HRT.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>This qualitative study utilized phenomenological design to capture the experience of menopausal women. In-depth interviews were conducted with purposive sampling, guided by a semi-structured questionnaire. Fifteen postmenopausal women were selected as the study sample during their visit to the out-patient department. This research was conducted at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pradyumna Bal Memorial Hospital in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Interviews were audio recorded, transcribed, translated, and coded for thematic analysis to find themes. After interpreting the data, four main themes were derived.
