The diversity of polysaccharide adsorption is investigated, the mechanisms of this process are determined, and the adsorption layer structure as well as the stability of the systems are characterized. The studies are carried out by UV-vis spectrophotometry, Fourier transform infrared, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy-electron dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, zeta potential, and thermogravimetric analysis.
