The originality of Roanne's outpatient heart failure center is based on two pillars of care for this pathology that have not really been considered until now: a screening protocol in collaboration with a number of players (territorial networking), and outpatient management of cardiac decompensation facilitated by a multi-professional organization and high medical availability (prioritization of heart failure).
