Abstract
A 15-year-old girl presented with a painless, enlarging lesion on the left inferior conjunctiva, initially diagnosed as conjunctival hemangioma. Despite treatment with topical beta-blockers, the lesion continued to grow. Excision and histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of a conjunctival solitary fibrous tumor, highlighting the importance of considering rare lesions in the differential diagnosis.
