Abstract

Assessing treatment response in neuroendocrine tumors (NET) remains a significant challenge due to their typically indolent growth and heterogenity, the frequent occurrence of disease stabilization rather than tumor shrinkage after therapy, and the inherent limitations of conventional imaging criteria.
