Semi-structured interviews were conducted, and thematic analysis was performed while adhering to ethical guidelines.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>three categories emerged: Curriculum Design and Teaching and Research Techniques; Teaching Evaluation and Learning Environment; and Culture of Innovation and Expected Outcomes.
