A Gasserian ganglion block is a minimally invasive procedure aimed at alleviating TN symptoms and reducing the reliance on pharmacotherapy.</p><p><strong>Case report: </strong>We present a case of TN that was refractory to 2 times Gasserian ganglion block. Abstract
