This atlas summarizes a selection of typical normal findings.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>This overview explains the normal anatomy of the knee as seen by ultrasonography. High-resolution knee musculoskeletal ultrasonography aims to provide an accurate structural evaluation, which requires comprehensive knowledge of sonoanatomy.
