Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the site-specific mortality and demographic, racial, and regional trends of mortality related to malignant neoplasms of female genital organs in young females in the USA, 1999-2023 and to highlight the importance of targeted health policies.
Methods: This was an analysis of a database that was collected by the CDC prospectively between 1999 and 2023.
Results: An overall decrease in age-adjusted gynecologic cancer-related mortality rates in young females through the years 1999-2023, although the age-adjusted mortality rate increased slightly from 2010 to 2023.
