Abstract
Splenic metastasis from colorectal cancer is rare. Isolated splenic metastasis from colorectal cancer is even rarer. We describe FDG PET/CT findings in 2 patients with solitary isolated splenic metastasis from colorectal cancer. FDG PET/CT showed intense activity of the splenic tumors, mimicking the primary splenic tumor. Careful correlation with the patient's history, serum tumor marker level, and anatomic imaging findings is helpful for the diagnosis.
