The clinical potential of miR-195 in cancer screening, diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy is examined, particularly its ability to enhance therapeutic efficacy and reduce recurrence risk when combined with chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Despite these promising aspects, challenges such as precise regulation, efficient delivery systems, and clinical translation remain.
