Abstract
The amyloid β (Aβ) aggregation inhibitory activity of compounds isolated from eelgrass (Zostera marina) was evaluated, and it was found that in the flavonoid compounds, when the hydroxy substituent was replaced by methoxy or sulfate, the activity weakened in that order. The efficacy of rosmarinic acid treatment against mutant nematodes was also evaluated.
