Abstract

The diagnostic system of the Nuclotron extracted beam from the beam output point to the F-3 focus is described. An analysis of experimental data on the measurements and monitoring of the extracted Nuclotron beams during the 55th session in 2018 is presented. The features of the time characteristics of accelerated and extracted ions are analyzed. It is shown that simultaneously with the acceleration of carbon nuclei, nitrogen and oxygen nuclei, which have similar charge-to-mass ratios, were also accelerated and extracted to the experimental setups.
