Abstract

In this manuscript, while referring to the concepts of fusion frames and scalable frames, we introduce scalable fusion frames and we present an equivalence condition that shows that the scalability of a fusion frame is equivalent to an operator condition between the diagonal operator and the fusion frame related operators, like analysis, synthesis and frame operator.
