Abstract

This study employs Monte Carlo simulations to investigate the dielectric properties of a spherical mixed-spin system (S = 5/2, σ = 2), using an analogy between magnetic and dielectric behaviors. The results reveal ferrielectric-to-paraelectric phase transitions influenced by exchange interactions, the crystal field, and an external electric field. A reentrant polarization behavior is also observed, emphasizing the complex interplay between thermal fluctuations and microscopic mechanisms. These findings suggest potential applications in ferroelectric memory devices and spintronic technologies.
