Abstract

Background

Immersive virtual reality (IVR) was used during three semesters in 2023 and 2024 to strengthen Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) honors students’ abilities to think critically in dynamic, “real time” clinical scenarios and to delegate appropriately to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs).

Methods
