Abstract
A recent case filed against the NCAA highlights the potential issues that may arise out of the roster limit aspects of the House settlement. The case also calls into question the relative fairness of the NCAA's limitation on playing for just one school during the same year of competition when unplanned cuts to comply with the settlement are implemented and an effected student wants to transfer and play at another school.
