Abstract
Pressure-induced enhancement in optoelectronic properties of black-TiO2 nanocrystals are presented. The underlying mechanisms are elucidated by comparing its behavior with that of white-TiO2. The disordered layer in black-TiO2 contributes to the enhanced photoconductivity, while crystal structure dominates the variation trend. Our findings provide valuable insights for the fundemental understanding of balck-TiO2.
