Abstract
A 59-year-old male patient had long suffered from chest tightness and shortness of breath because of coronary artery disease. Ultimately, the diagnosis of “gastric adenocarcinoma with multiple metastases” was confirmed through the analysis of pericardial effusion cytopathology.
