Due to the increasing trend of aging in societies, it will place a large social and financial burden on society. Although beta amyloid plaques and the formation of neurofibrillary tangles are mentioned as the main events in this disorder, the exact molecular pathology and inflammatory regulatory networks involved in neuroinflammatory events, as a fundamental pathogenic mechanism remain unknown. Understanding these molecular network pathways in addition to helping to understand the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease, can also help in the early diagnosis as well as the control of inflammatory processes that are involved in its progression. Abstract
Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative condition that is the most frequent reason for dementia.
