Abstract

Management of congenital cataract associated with microcornea is challenging, often due to limited options for intraocular lens implantation. This case report describes the use of a small posterior-fixated iris claw lens for optical rehabilitation of cataract with microcornea, which resulted in significant improvement in the child's visual acuity. [2025;62(3):e27-e30.].
