Abstract
In this case video, Koizumi and colleagues demonstrate how a flexible tapered endoscopic sheath cannula facilitates re-intervention for malignant hilar biliary obstruction after placement of multiple metallic stents. By deforming within prior stents, the sheath enables smoother passage and successful stent placement, providing a potential solution for difficult cases.
